When i first came in America

I remember when i first came here I did not understand any englesh, but becaues I went to school Ican read,and write some englesh. I have one problem that I want to talk about the problem is the more I read the less I catch in this case I want anyone advice.Because all my life I had a dream to become a great doctor.how do you think I can be a doctor if I can't catch any thing that a read.

    In order to understand difficul reading material, it will be necessary to read it more than one time. That's true for native speakers. ESL students definitely have to put in more time and .take notes on difficult material. Keep working hard at it.
